Duties: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Conduct requirement analysis by gathering requirements from the business analysts and converting them into technical design and develop architecture to meet the business objectives. Develop systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement under the direction of Software Engineer Lead. Assess the information needs of the users and validate them by working closely with Analysts. Analyze change specifications, and their impact.
