Job Description
• Coordinating with Master Scheduler and Production, Planning & Control representatives to ensure that all planned work orders are within their respective deadlines.
• Coordinating with Master Scheduler and Production, Planning & Control representatives on subjects and issues related to systems and also planning and scheduling processes.
• Assist the Master Scheduler in order to create reports concerning "Planned vs Actual", operational capacity, utilization and business forecasts.
• Communicate information relative to Project Planning and Scheduling to other supporting departments, including NCRs (Non-conformance Reports), Machine Maintenance, Capacity of departments and any changes affecting the schedule.
• Identify potential improvement opportunities within the applicable systems and work with relevant departments on such improvements.
• Ensure that scheduled operations are completed within required time.
