• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
• Lead and train staff on occupational health and safety practices, including emergency response drills.
• Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker's compensation claims.
• Stay updated on new legislation and advancements in the field of occupational health and safety; apply updates to policies and practices accordingly.
