RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Manage and provide top service to assigned sales accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, covering development, merchandising, sourcing, purchasing, quality assurance, and management.
• Set sales targets for assigned customers.
• Develop and analyze sales and marketing strategies for assigned customers, reporting regularly to Management.
• Identify and research new target customers.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors to enhance the company’s market position.
• Ensure quick and proper responses to customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints.
• Collaborate with other QST affiliates.
• Forecast product availability and communicate logistics needs for timely delivery.
• Propose new products to the WB production development team based on feedback.
• Coordinate with the Customer Service team and Sales Support teams as needed.
• Assist the Credit department with information for pursuing customer invoice payments.
