KanoJob Responsibilities:
• Reviewing monthly target and daily sales and Make sales prediction and take action to achieve
• Push Key modals in right order according to the company /marketing strategies and customer's differences
• Key modal stock coverage in all shops (KOM & FSM)
• Sample uploading ,Sale/inventory uploading and Reporting and shop image and cleanliness
• Good product knowledge and selling skill,welcoming all customers in brand's name.
• Attendance, Uniform,Good relationship with shopowners/clients be Aggressive with good personal behaviors
Job Qualification:
• Accountability and Fiduciary: take responsibilities for their actions and Places the needs of clients before their own.
• Technical skills (What, How, When), Communication skills and Open-mindedness, Good customer care values and Selling skills, Negotiation skills, Active listening and Time management
• 1 year/6 months in business field or internship experience in the related field
