I am currently recruiting on behalf of a national 5 star house builder from their Southern region. They are in a very strong position considering the recent market, and have new phases and sites due to start throughout 2024. They now seek a site manager to join the business on a full time basis. This particular site will be based near Woking, and will be a new site. The role is to start asap and the salary on offer ranges between £65k-£75k p/a + package DOE.

You will be employed as a site manager on a permanent basis. The salary range on offer is between £65,000-£75,000 p/a + package + bonus DOE. Your day to day responsibilities include: managing trades, managing programmes, working closely with an assistant, ensuring everything is to budget, chairing internal and external meetings, completions and CML's, snagging, toolbox/induction talks and ensuring the health and safety is of high priority across the site.
