Purpose

Assist in the implementation and administration of the Livewell Directory, this includes liaison with both internal and external stakeholders to develop a St Helens wide directory of services spanning Social Care, Health & Housing; in line with the other Local Authorities within the Liverpool City Region.

Support the Implementation of the new Live Well online Directory for adult social care services.

Responsibilities & Outcomes

Work in conjunction with other stakeholders to create a comprehensive service directory, including the acquisition and implementation of existing service directories from partners. Assist in configuration of systems to meet operational requirements e.g. pick lists, drop down menus, security profiles information pages and categories.
