Applications are invited for the position of Senior Glaucoma Fellow at the Birmingham and Midland Eye Centre, City Hospital, Birmingham.

This Fellowship is for 12 months and provides comprehensive training in the medical and surgical management of complex glaucoma. The fellowship post is under the supervision of Mr Velota Sung Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon, Mr Maged Nessim Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon, Mr Imran Masood, Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon, Mr Pandey, Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon and Miss Mushtaq Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon. This is a busy post in tertiary referral center and is suitable for candidates who are near to completion or those who have completed the Higher Specialist Training programme (or equivalent) in Ophthalmology. The candidate will also take part in a 1:10 out of hours on call (5pm to 8.30pm), and 1:4 Glaucoma triaging/advice.
