To undertake therapeutic group work, one-to-one sessions and assessments within North Tyneside Recovery Partnership You will be responsible for building up relationships and links with the local assets within the community, working collaborative within a partnership and increasing recovery capital, ensuring recovery visible. You will manage a caseload of Tier 2 individuals ensuring relevant support is in place.
