Financial Controller

This is a privately-owned healthcare organisation based in Leicester. They are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to joint their close-knit team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fully hands-on management of all aspects of their financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to drive business performance.

Responsibilities:
• Financial management & reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Lead the annual budgeting process and develop financial forecasts.
• Strategic planning
• Partner with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals.

Requirements:
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent
