RECfinancial are currently shortlisting for this Leicester based business in the search for an experienced Bookkeeper on a permanent basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for you to showcase your skills as a Bookkeeper and really grow your career. Reporting to the Manager, the Bookkeeper will support all aspects of general accounting and finance within the business to contribute to the achievement of financial objectives. Our client is looking for someone who enjoys a variety of work. You'll be joining an experienced Team, all with the common goal of achieving the best that they can be.

What are the main aspects of the Bookkeeper?
• Sage or Xero (ideal but not essential)
• Journal for payrolls
• Account reconcilations
• Preparing and submitting VAT Returns
• Processing payments via BACS
• Knowledge of accruals and prepayment
• Dealing with HMRC as and when needed
• Liaising with clients and internal member of finance
• Preparing or assisting with Management Accounts
