Overview

We are looking for a Licensing Administrator to join our busy, established and friendly Taxi Licensing team. The work of the team you will be based in plays a crucial part in ensuring that licensed vehicles and drivers operate at a safe standard for the general public.

Our Licensing Administrators are the first point of contact for our customers. These roles are at the forefront of ensuring that we deliver high standards of customer service to those who telephone, email or attend face-to-face appointments. In carrying out their duties, the postholders will be responsible for ensuring that license applications meet the required standards and that data is entered accurately onto our IT systems. The post holders will be meeting customers to verify their identity and whilst carrying out other checks before license badges and plates can be issued.
