• Technically and commercially leading product development projects from initial conceptualization through to release in high-volume manufacturing in close collaboration with customers, sales team, engineering team, and operations
• Directly manage customer communication and relationships
• Understand the customer needs, plan, coordinate, and drive customer projects to production ensuring product performance and costs
• Regularly briefing of internal and external stakeholders regarding project progress and milestones
• Manage the critical path of the project and key project risks
