Project Architect, potential future partner

The ideal candidate will oversee the entire construction project life cycle. You will manage personnel involved at different stages of the project and showcase strong design and technical abilities.

Responsibilities
• Lead team and conduct client meetings
• Design construction documents and project management
• Act as point of contact for all technical issues

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience 2 - 4 years related experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong technical expertise related to design and construction

The architect would replace the present Project Manager who will be leaving in a while.

The very small but very busy firm does many small "community" type projects as well as some medium sized new buildings.
