Mader Rail Services are seeking experienced Dual Trade Electricians & Mechanics to join our rapidly growing Rail Services division here at Mader! This team is ultimately responsible for supporting a wide customer base across all states of Australia with locomotive and rollingstock maintenance. This is an exciting opportunity to travel and work in different regions around Australia.

Long term opportunities in Rockhampton available. Training and upskilling available for the right candidate.

Successful candidates will have experience working with various classes, makes and models of Locomotives, a good understanding of the Locomotive and transport industry and strong work ethic.

What will I be doing:
• Scheduled Locomotive and Rolling stock maintenance
• Diagnostics, fault finding and repairs of Diesel electric Drive systems such as EMD, GE
• Drive system component diagnostics and repairs
• Dynamic brake testing and commissioning
