This program is 9-12 months designed to prepare entry level college graduates for a career in Sales within CCM. In this role, you will rotate throughout various departments within the organization learning processes, products, and the Carlisle Experience. During the program you will develop selling skills, overall business acumen, gain product and industry knowledge, and engage with professionals within the business including Sr leadership. During the program you will work directly under the supervision of the Manager, Training & Talent Development and be paired with a mentor. Successful completion of the program will result in relocation and placement into a Field Sales position within one of CCM’s brands.
