Our partner is looking to rebuild itself following a period where it encountered serious administrative difficulties due to the maladministration and misappropriation of funds. They have conducted an internal review and put measures in place to restructure itself, and are seeking the support of an experienced charity finance professional to strengthen their controls, processes and financial management, and to support in filling the financial gaps.

Responsibilities
• Review and undertake an assessment of their controls, processes and financial management tools, making recommendations on strengthening and streamlining these.
• Identifying targeted capacity building needs for their finance and admin team, developing and implementing a capacity building programme aimed at building a robust finance function.
