Responsibilities:
• Coordinate tutoring sessions between students and tutors
• Manage scheduling and ensure timely communication with both parties
• Assist in onboarding new tutors and students
• Maintain accurate records of sessions and student progress
• Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Experience in customer service or administration is preferred
