Job Summary

The Club Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, management, and administration of the padel court facilities. This role involves ensuring an excellent customer experience, maintaining the court's facilities, managing staff, coordinating events, and driving membership growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proactive approach to operational efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Provide excellent customer service and address any member concerns or complaints promptly

· Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the padel courts and surrounding facilities

· Ensure all equipment and amenities are in optional condition

· Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance and supply of equipment

· Recruit, train and supervise staff including coaches, and administrative staff
