Plans Analyst

Key Role:

Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) level advice and maintain turnover files on operational plans, concept of operations plans, Campaign Plans, and Campaign Orders. Participate and assist with facilitating meetings, Operational Planning Teams (OPT), war games, and key leader engagements. Attend concept development conferences and provide recommendations to U.S. Government attendees on the conduct of military operations in accordance with operational plans. Provide briefs and reports to senior leaders, large audiences, and key partners and allies in the Indo-Pacific region. Assist in the planning and integration capacity, coordination with adjacent staff sections and subordinate units on the project lead and action officer’s behalf, and serve as operational continuity until the conclusion of such operations as required.
