Your Apprenticeship Development Plan will start at our Glenrothes Manufacturing site where you will firstly (and most importantly) become part of our team. You will gain your initial understanding of our business processes - taking part in a rotational plan moving throughout our different departments.

Starting with our Sales Team, you will see the lifecycle of our products right through to the completion and shipping of a manufactured component ready to be used in extreme subsea conditions.

Your hands-on academic training plan is where learning and development really begins. You will take part in a 4 year training plan where NOV will monitor your progress, supporting and guiding you to become a successful and first class CNC Machinist.
