This role will be managing an onshore service delivery team of up 4 people and an offshore customer service team of circa 50 people. This role directly manages the customer service function for the SME and Mid-Market portfolios of over 90,000 meters.

This role is responsible for the offshore SME customer care team who are the first point of call for any customers with a question, query or complaint about any element of our service. Also, for the onboarding of new SME customers, providing a great first impression of TotalEnergies Gas and Power.

Role Details:

Salary: £60,000pa to £75,000pa

Bonus: Up to 22% - of Salary

Location: Redhill, RH1 1RX

Working Pattern: Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 at home

Contract type: Permanent
