Assist with the coordination of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
Contribute to the planning and delivery of employee engagement initiatives.
Help support with HR projects such as wellbeing and compenstation & benefits.
Job Requirements
Experience in HR and a good understanding of HR processes and practices.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proficient in using HR software and systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well independently as well as within a team.
Relevant HR qualifications or certifications would be advantageous.
