Maintenance Supervisor / Manager.

The Role:
• To supervise the site Maintenance / Engineering function, providing both a reactive and pro-active, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure and executing long-term strategic plans.
• This includes ensuring that the facilities, layout and machinery used to produce new and existing materials / products run to their maximum efficiency and output. This would be carried out by total preventative maintenance schedules and managing mechanical / electrical breakdowns.
• Includes people management and capex / budgetary / cost reporting in liaison with General Manager.
