We are currently working with a multi-faceted subcontractor that specialises in commercial decorating and fire protection services across London and the southeast.

With over 20 years in operation, they have built a solid reputation for delivering works across a wide range of large scale commercial building projects where there are often tight commercial, operational and contractual constraints.

We are currently looking for a skilled BIM/Cad professional to join the business and be a key member of the time.

Responsibilities:
• Develop templates and source documents for internal use.
• Contribute to our digitalization project by providing input, testing, and questions.
• Lead the digitalization of BIM within our organization.
• Collaborate closely with the Information Manager on CDE and data aspects.
• Ensure BIM policies and CAD elements are up to date.
