We are seeking a Physical Education LSA to contribute to high quality teaching and learning at Endeavour Co-operative Academy, supporting our PE teacher in PE lessons.

Endeavour Co-operative Academy is in an exciting phase of development at present, as we continue to expand & are in the process of a whole site rebuild in partnership with DfE Rebuilding Schools Project. Once the project is completed, the school will boast a state-of-the-art sports hall to inspire high quality teaching and learning.

LSAs work in partnership with teachers to support pupils with moderate learning difficulties and complex needs and to support their learning in line with the codes of practice and school policies and procedures. Duties include swimming, for which lifeguard qualifications will be arranged by school. The PE LSA runs breaktime & lunchtime clubs for pupils daily.
