CV Screen is recruiting for a Logistics Manager for a well-established retail company. The role is 30 hours a week, full time on site, in Barnsley, Yorkshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage the entire import cycle, enhance business development, and ensure sustainability.

ROLE DETAILSYour role as Logistics Manager will be responsible forthe efficient and cost-effective movement of stock from suppliers based in various worldwide locations to the distribution centre.

You will organise, monitor, and optimise the storage and transportation of goods.

• Planning and managing logistics and transportation
• Selecting carriers and negotiating contracts and rates
• Working with suppliers to ensure there is cost-effective shipping and delivery planning
