- Several years of sales experience or similar field
- Ideally completed vocational training in retail
- Leadership qualities, preferably with some experience
- Team spirit and sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with people
- Willingness to work hard, flexibility, and resilience
- Proficient in spoken and written German

????‍????????‍???? Your responsibilities are:
- Acting as deputy of the store management
- Assisting in staff management and scheduling for 15-35 employees
- Taking responsibility in the store and providing active support on the sales floor
- Implementing customer orientation and sales standards in the store
- Merchandise disposition and presentation
