• Strategic planning and control of R&D projects, product development and project teams based on our core competencies.
• Collaborate with internal and external R&D teams to strengthen innovation to develop existing and future products.
• Driving digitalization, identifying new technology trends and enabling new business models.
• Planning of R&D budgets, forecasts and investments.
