Overview:

Carriage Lane Condominium Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and skilled maintenance manager. This position works on site in Hinton Alberta doing general maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, etc for a 66-unit condominium corporation. Project management for larger projects with support from the board is also a part of this job.

Condo bylaw infraction management as well as upkeep of unit information lists is in partnership with the board of directors a responsibility of this role.

The Ideal Candidate:

You have 5 or more years working experience as a maintenance/renovation manager with a keen eye for detail. You have managed smaller construction projects successfully. Your communication skills are effective, and adaptable to your audience. You will be required to work with unit residents, both tenants and owners on occasion and building a good repour is essential.
