Purpose
• Responsible to Plan, direct, and manage the Chassis Assembly / Preassemblies.
• Deliver all KPI’s (SQDCEP), within the area of responsibility.
• Responsible for implementation of Strategic Focus and continuous improvement culture using VPS tool.
• Showing courage by taking ownership and acting with integrity and trust.
• Empowering teams by ensuring accountability and coaching for success.

Scope
• Responsible to Lead Chassis Assembly and Preassemblies
• Direct Reports: Team leaders and Industrial Workers
• Interfaces with other functions Logistics, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality.
• Participates in implementation of applicable projects.
