Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of administrative duties and contractual agreements within our real estate and construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts and agreements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supporting operations-related activities as needed.

1. Contract Management:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure that contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor contract performance and enforce contract terms and conditions.

- Resolve contract disputes and issues in a timely and effective manner.
