Acts for Director of Integrated Student Supports (e.g., independently answers complex and/or confidential correspondence; conducts staff meetings to discuss rules and operating procedures relating to after school programs, summer programming and applicable grants); serves as liaison between administrator and the school day programming, participating in building level initiatives and communicating with classroom teachers and other student support staff; collaborates with school principals, staff, community and agency partners who provide needed services to the project; represents administrator at meetings and conferences, formulates and implements program policy and assumes responsibility and authority over the program in administrator's absence; ensures the delivery of quality programming; oversees applicable staff/contractors responsible for fulfilling program requirements; provides leadership in the implementation of the services offered to students during out of school time hours...
