Our client, an Industrial Parts Supplier is seeking a Office Manager to join their team. As a Office Manager, you will be part of the Operations Team supporting Management. The ideal candidate will have interpersonal skills, high attention to detail and strong organization which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Office Manager

Location: Dartmouth, NS

Pay Range: Based on Experience

What’s the Job?
• Daily accounting and data entry
• Invoicing, accounts receivables and accounts payable
• Purchase orders and work orders
• Distributing mail, filing and organization

What’s Needed?​​​​​​​
• Experience in accounting and AR/AP
• High attention to detail and great organization skills
• Familiarity with purchase orders and work orders
• Industrial parts background would be an asset
• Customer service experience
