• Collaborating with Senior Managers to create and update metrics reports, including quarterly project reports for primary sponsors and individual project reports (such as webinars, podcasts, etc.).
• Arranging calls across time zones.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure society information in the sponsorship prospectus’ are up-to-date every month (e.

g., membership demographics).
• Gathering annual DOIs for all experts participating in special projects.
• Assisting in the execution of special projects, such as communication planning and monitoring.
• Provide assistance with project coordination and administrative duties for global grant-funded projects.
• Record and transcribe meeting minutes

Profil
• Organized with excellent attention to detail
• Good team spirit
• Very good understanding of Excel notably for tracking and reporting needs (Pivot tables, Graphs, SumIf, SumCellsByColor)
