A position has become available for a legal firm based in Howick. Please note this position is for someone who has worked in a legal environment previously and has the necessary computer skills on:
• Ghost Convey
• AJS

Excellent typing skills are a must!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Dictaphone Typing

• Drawing up of documents

• Commercial Business exposure

• Attending Umgeni Municipality

• Delivering documents to the Magistrates court when required

• Attending client queries

• General clerical Administration; filing, photocopying, sending of emails

• Maintenance of Records

• Reception Duties

• Switchboard

Desired Experience & Qualification
• Grade 12
• Minimum 5-10 years working experience in a similar position
• Secretarial/Reception Experience in a legal firm would be advantageous
• Sound experience and skills in:
• MS Word (average)
• MS Excel (intermediate)
• Internet & Email
• Ghost Convey
• AJS
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge
