About The RolePreparing, cooking and serving food at a busy customer site.Your main aim will be to ensure a high standard of food is provided.

You will be working 5 days over 7 shifts, 08:00 to 16:00 or 11:00 to 19:00, 37.5 hours per week, on a permanent full-time basis.

You will also:
• Prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards
• Ensure the working environment is clean, tidy and safe
• Effectively supervise a team
• Be responsible for all aspects of your shift including, promotions, cash handling, staff training and securing the premises
• You may be required to provide support for a staff restaurant, satellite catering outlets or vending services.

To succeed in this role you will need:
• Experience as a Chef with a passion for food
• Supervisory experience in a similar role
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Qualification - e.g. Food Hygiene Certificate
• Level 2 catering qualification - e.g. C&G 706/2/ NVQ
• Must have enhanced DBS
• Must be flexible
