Community Midwifery Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced clerical colleague to join our team as Community Midwifery Coordinator. will need to be organised, efficient and able to use their own initiative. The post holder will be required to organise and allocate the teams daily workload ensure efficient and optimal use of community clinics and home visit appointments in addition to general admin, clerical and housekeeping tasks within the team. A knowledge of maternity care pathways would be desirable but full training will be provided on appointment.

The role will include but not limited to

Allocation of daily clinical workload

Organisation of community based clinics to ensure appropriate usage of appointments available

General administrative tasks

Housekeeping duties - including monitoring, control and ordering of stock

Support the team to implement agreed changes in processes
