Assistant Quantity Surveyor required for a leading Kent contractor specialising in retail fit-out and residential maintenance services. Assistant Quantity Surveyors will be working with an experienced Commercial Manager, responsible for procurement and placing orders. Assistant Quantity Surveyors with 18 months + experience in a contracting environment will be best suited to this opportunity. Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying is also beneficial.

Assistant Quantity Surveyors will be based out of the Kent head office with site visits as and when required.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities
• Producing sub-contractor orders
• Assisting with monthly valuations
• Analysing tender returns
