• Must be proficient in at least two modes of international logistics (i.e., Air Export, Air Import, Ocean Export, Ocean Import)
• Should have total understanding of all service levels and their importance
• Able to back up any position within the department as necessary
• Must be a proficient router with the proper understanding of lane segments / service / cost
• Assist in producing required shipping documents for both Imports and Exports
• Help support / formulate quotes, sales tariffs, and required projects
• Manage and Monitor on-time performance
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and internal personnel for feedback and improvement opportunities
• Communicate with foreign partners for shipment coordination
• Other duties as assigned
