**What you will do**

The Director, EMEALA Parts is a key role in our organization. This team member will lead the effort in the refinement and execution of our parts transformation in EMEALA. This transformation will include, but not be limited to, improving the customer experience, increasing both revenue and margin and driving down cost through operational excellence. Our team’s ability to drive change relies on close relationships with every function and P&L. Most critical for this role is to partner with EMEALA Service, Commercial teams, Solutions, Operations, and logistics as well as the rest of our Global Parts organization.
