Blaymires Recruitment is representing a leading fire safety and facade consultancy based near Romsey, Hampshire who is searching for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.

The consultancy works closely with their clients to understand and manage cladding and internal combustibility risk, defects and remedial issues. They are presently overseeing the refurbishment of multiple facades on residential buildings and they work with a wide range of clients from social housing providers, landlords, private consortiums and management companies.

They are looking for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to manage cladding upgrades and remedial works to existing buildings. You will be responsible for inviting contractors to tender, placing orders, making payments, monitoring costs and preparing final accounts.
