Position: Receptionist (part-time)

Locations: Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard

Hours: - Approximately 16 hours per week, including 1 in 4 Saturdays (13 annually)

- Mondays: 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM (Dunstable or Leighton Buzzard)

- Thursdays: 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM (Leighton Buzzard)

- Fridays: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Leighton Buzzard)

- Saturdays: Location varies

Job Overview:

- Serve as the professional and welcoming first point of contact for all visitors, managing enquiries and messages efficiently.

- Provide essential administrative support to therapists and staff.

- Work flexibly to ensure adequate coverage as per service demands.

- Excel in customer service and enjoy engaging with clients.

Duties:

- Greet and assist patients, staff, and visitors professionally, ensuring a smooth handover to relevant personnel.
