About The Role

We are 4Com; an award winning, market leading telecoms company that are currently going through an exciting period of growth.

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Facilities Manager to join our expanding team!

As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the management of 4Com’s facilities support services including the management of the building’s grounds, equipment, and planning stages of facilities to ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards. You will also be responsible for the line management of the facilities team including performance reviews, absence management and conduct. This is a diverse role with a range of responsibilities, which will adapt as 4Com’s structure and size develops.

Please note, this is an office based role in Bournemouth you may be required to be available around the clock to handle any situations that may arise.
