Your role and responsibilities

Provide application and solution support including troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues for the BHAS portfolio, in particular, for ABB Cylon’s, HVAC and Energy Management Controls products and IoT (Internet of Things) Solutions portfolio. The primary focus of support activities will be in the Continental United States, Canada and Mexico, but may extend to other Central and South American markets

Offer technical advice and provide comment on enquiry specifications, supporting the Business Development and LSU teams in determining the most technically appropriate and costeffective solutions and preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology
