JOB SUMMARY

A poultry processor is responsible for handling and preparing poultry products for distribution and retail. They perform tasks such as cleaning, slaughtering, cutting, wrapping, and packaging poultry products in compliance with safety and quality standards.

ABOUT THE POSITION
• Several duties involving the processing of turkey product.
• Loading and unloading boxes from trucks
• Working with industrial, food production equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to wear proper PPE (steel toe-rubber boots, hair nets, gloves, safety glasses, apron etc.) and comply with safety requirements.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness of areas of responsibility.
• Adhere to individual Standard Operating Procedures.
• Interact and share information with Team Members at all levels (Lead Hands, Supervisors, Others). Actively participates in their work group.
• Other tasks as assigned
