Acuren Group is excited to announce an opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our vibrant team for a 1 year contract position at the client site in Burnaby, BC. • Temporary contract (Mat Leave)
• Position will be located on-site at our client site in Burnaby
• 4/3 shift rotation (compressed work week)
• CA$32.00 to $36.00/hr depending on qualifications and experience

Responsibilities
• Daily/weekly review of all data entry to ensure accuracy and completeness for payroll and billing
• Compilation of all information needed for invoicing such as client signatures, work order #s, PO #s
• Input of all billing data into client systems as required; including reconciliation back to internal systems
• Close out and opening of PO’s with the client; cost tracking by PO
