Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor at THE UBUD VILLAGE located in Ubud. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks of the front office, including supervising staff, managing reservations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between different departments.
