Position Summary:

Technicians achieve flat rate hours and gross profit goals while exceeding the expectations of our guests by providing exceptional, surprising and professional guest service.

Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical equipment on vehicles, maintaining shop efficiency, following safety procedures, assisting guests and mentoring others in the shop.
