We are closely working with a global entity in the market space that is currently expanding in South Africa at a production level. They are a global manufacturer and supplier of mining consumables and material handling products in over 70 countries.

This role reports directly to the Head of Operations and oversees the Senior Foremen in Mining, Planning & Scheduling, and Despatch

Responsibilities
• Ensuring the smooth running of the Mining production facility to hit all targets
• Overseeing the production planning department for both mining and industrial
• Planning and resource management
• Control of reporting, materials, machinery, SHEQ

Requirements
• Tertiary qualification in polymer tech/engineering/management studies
• Supervisory and labour relations skills
• Labour relations act, OHSACT and basic conditions of employment knowledge
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing and QC
